Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services of Kantiva Travel & Tourism ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Booking and Payment

Reservations

All tour bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking is confirmed only after we send you a written confirmation and receive the required deposit.

Payment Terms

  • A deposit of 30% is required to confirm your booking
  • Full payment is due 30 days before the tour start date
  • For bookings made within 30 days of departure, full payment is required immediately

Pricing

All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change due to currency fluctuations, fuel costs, or other factors beyond our control.

Cancellation Policy

  • More than 60 days before departure: Full refund minus admin fee
  • 30-60 days before departure: 50% refund
  • Less than 30 days before departure: No refund

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unforeseen cancellations.

Travel Documents

You are responsible for ensuring you have valid travel documents including passports, visas, and any required permits. We can provide guidance and assistance but cannot be held liable for denied entry due to insufficient documentation.

Health and Safety

You are responsible for ensuring you are fit to travel and have obtained any necessary vaccinations or medical advice. Please inform us of any medical conditions that may affect your travel experience.

Liability

While we take every precaution to ensure your safety, travel in Afghanistan involves inherent risks. We are not liable for:

  • Personal injury or death unless caused by our negligence
  • Loss or damage to personal belongings
  • Delays or changes to itineraries due to weather, political situations, or other circumstances beyond our control

Travel Insurance

Comprehensive travel insurance is mandatory for all travelers. Your policy should cover medical expenses, evacuation, trip cancellation, and personal belongings.

Code of Conduct

We expect all travelers to respect local customs, traditions, and laws. Inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the tour without refund.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
